Venue Compliance

New Zealand class 4 gaming is a highly regulated industry.  COMS venue compliance modules can assist societies with maintaining compliance in an ever changing environment.

Modules & features

Venue Audit Module

This module allows societies to configure their own electronic Venue Audit Compliance checklist.  Society staff complete this using a laptop or Ipad whist on site.  All completed reports are saved as a PDF file in the venues File Manager. Any non‐compliance will be highlighted and can result in a job automatically be logged to ensure it gets followed up. 

Site Visit Module

This module allows societies to configure their own electronic site visit checklist.  This works in the same way as the Venue Audit Module but is a cut down version, used to record quick visits to the venues along with any associated notes. 

Venue Personal Module

This module allows societies to enter information for all venues key persons and venue personnel. It includes the person’s position in the organisation, training history, PIF (Personal Information Form) completion and adding various notes related to that person.

Staff Training Register

Allows societies to view all venue staff and review the training they have received.  This shows the course they completed and the results of the training course.  It records the date of that course so societies can ensure all venue staff training is kept up to date.
